 Swizz Beatz is without a doubt among the top hip-hop artists of all time. The New York native is a legend in hip-hop and has made countless hit songs. Yet, despite that notoriety and fame, Beatz is no stranger to his number of lawsuits. The 38-year-old rapper was sued for $42million for allegedly extorting a vehicle leasing company out of million of dollars. A judge rejected the lawsuit earlier in the year. The suit, filed by Metro Gem Leasing Long Island, is identical to the lawsuit they filed last year in which he was accused of stealing millions of dollars from a car leasing firm. A judge had dismissed the case earlier in the year. Metro Gem Leasing on Long Island brought the suit to Nassau Supreme Court. It is similar to previous lawsuit filed in the same year, where they accuse Macky Dancy of being a dealer for cars. The lawsuit further claims Beatz and his spouse Alicia Keys avoided repossession of the cars and are still owed the car owners money.
